Designed and built a production-scale recommendation ecosystem combining TensorFlow Recommenders, FAISS retrieval, ONNX ranking, Redis caching, MLflow model management, and Airflow orchestration and serverless API's for consumption.

Personalized Recommendation Generator

Architected an intelligent agent system that combines embeddings, vector search, recommendation engines, reasoning workflows, and autonomous tool execution. Automated Customer Customer Support System

Designed and developed an automated customer support platform that evaluates customer issues against configurable business rules and automatically provides resolutions, credits, refunds, or incentives. Real-Time Data/Reporting Platform

Designed, Build and Deployed a production-grade Change Data Capture (CDC) platform using Kafka and Debezium to stream database changes in real time. The system powers reporting pipelines, analytics workloads, search indexing, and downstream services while ensuring reliable, scalable, and fault-tolerant data synchronization.

Third-Party Integration Platform

Architected a centralized integration platform that powers order processing, inventory synchronization, payment workflows, customer communications, and operational automation. The system has delivered over 4 million notifications, processed 45,000+ orders, and supported more than $5.3 million in payment transactions.

School Website & Digital Information Portal

Designed and developed a modern, responsive website for a government school to improve communication, accessibility, and information sharing.
